The Wehrli WCF100441-GW Stage 2 High Flow Intake Bundle Kit is a comprehensive airflow upgrade for 2017-2019 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD trucks equipped with the 6.6L L5P Duramax diesel engine. This bundle combines WCFab's Stage 1 High Flow Bundle and Stage 2 Intake Kit into a single package, providing increased airflow from the air filter through the intercooler system for improved efficiency, throttle response, and turbo spool-up. The kit eliminates weak points in the factory design that contribute to lost power, boost leaks, and component failures in hard-working and high-performance applications. On the intake side, the high-flow fabricated 4-inch aluminum intake pipe and intake horn replace the restrictive plastic factory components, with the intake horn measuring over an inch larger than OEM diameter. The air box enclosure draws cold air through the hood ram air duct and inner fender for cooler intake temperatures and improved performance. On the intercooler side, the restricted 2.5-inch factory hot side pipe with resonator is replaced by a smooth-flowing 3-inch one-piece aluminum pipe, while the leak-prone 2-piece plastic and rubber cold side pipe is upgraded to a 3.5-inch aluminum pipe with CNC machined flanges and double O-ring seals. High-quality reinforced silicone boots and stainless steel T-bolt clamps replace the factory clip ring connections for superior temperature resistance and boost pressure holding capability. This bolt-on kit requires no tuning for basic operation and fits stock trucks without additional modifications.
