Product Description

The Wehrli Custom Fabrication WCF100194-RED is a high-flow 4" cold air intake kit designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for the restrictive OEM plastic intake system on the 2011-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax LML. The fabricated aluminum intake pipe features smooth aerodynamic bends to maximize airflow velocity to the turbocharger, while the enclosed aluminum air box draws cooler air directly from the inner fender to reduce intake temperatures and heat soak. Together, these improvements deliver up to 37% more airflow than stock, translating to improved horsepower, torque, and throttle response without requiring any tuning.

The entire assembly is finished in WCFab Red custom powder coat and handcrafted in the USA. A removable air box lid makes filter inspection and maintenance straightforward, while the included Outerwear's hydrophobic pre-filter cover protects the MAF sensor and turbo from contaminants. High-quality stainless steel T-bolt clamps and a silicone boot provide a durable, leak-free connection. No modifications are required for installation.
