Product Description

The Wehrli WCF100420-RED is a Top Outlet Billet Thermostat Housing and Upper Coolant Pipe Kit for 2006-2010 LBZ and LMM 6.6L Duramax trucks. It replaces the factory upper radiator hose that routes across the driver side valve cover and the OEM coolant return pipe with a fabricated aluminum hard-pipe system that exits upward and forward from the thermostat. The result is cleaner coolant routing, improved access to driver-side fuel system components, and critical clearance for larger aftermarket turbochargers - including race cover style and SXE turbos mounted in the valley.

The billet aluminum thermostat housing is CNC machined for precision fit and a premium appearance, and the kit ships complete with the coolant pipe, silicone boots, and T-bolt clamps for a straightforward bolt-on installation. Note: 2006-2007 GMC Sierra trucks are not compatible with this kit - see WCF100424 for dual CP3 or dual alternator applications. Finished in WCFab Red (Illusion Cherry) powder coat and made in the USA by Wehrli Custom Fabrication.
