Fitment Notes

• The GSS340G3 uses a 22mm CENTER inlet (filter sock inlet) - the inlet is centrally located at the base of the pump body. Verify this matches your hanger assembly geometry before ordering. The GSS341G3 (14mm inlet at 180° from outlet) and GSS342G3 (11mm inlet inline with outlet) are alternative configurations for different hanger designs.
• This pump is designed for GASOLINE only - NOT compatible with E85, methanol, or high-ethanol blends. Using incompatible fuel voids the warranty.
• For use with return-style fuel systems - confirm compatibility with your fuel system type before installation. Some applications may not be suited to returnless configurations.
• A pre-filter / strainer sock is strongly recommended and must be used - operating without adequate pre-filtration guarantees early failure and is not covered under warranty.
• OE replacement applications may require upgraded wiring at a minimum - verify wiring capacity before installation.

It is the direct G3 successor to the original GSS340 - one of the most widely used high-performance in-tank fuel pumps in the industry for over two decades - retaining the proven positive-displacement gerotor internals while introducing an updated one-piece outlet design for improved fitting robustness and electrical connector durability. The 22mm center inlet distinguishes it from the GSS341G3 (180° inlet) and GSS342G3 (inline inlet), making it the correct selection for hanger assemblies that are designed around a centrally positioned bottom-entry inlet with a push-on filter sock interface.

The gerotor pump design is the same technology platform used in OE fuel systems for the Chevrolet Corvette and Dodge Viper, and it delivers consistent pressure without the pulsation characteristics of turbine-style pumps.
