Product Description

The Walbro GSL393 is a universal inline external fuel pump delivering 155 LPH (41 GPH) of free flow, supporting naturally aspirated gasoline applications up to 405 horsepower. This pusher-style pump features a lightweight, compact aluminum body designed for durability and simplicity, making it an ideal universal replacement or upgrade for vehicles with faulty inline fuel pumps, expensive or hard-to-replace in-tank pumps, EFI conversions from mechanical fuel pump systems, and racing or performance applications where higher pressure fuel delivery is required. The pump is suitable for naturally aspirated, turbocharged, and supercharged EFI systems as well as carbureted setups.

The GSL393 must be mounted below the fuel tank and as close to the tank as possible for proper fuel feed to the pump. A 20-40 micron pre-filter is required between the tank and pump inlet, and a 10-micron post-filter is required between the pump outlet and fuel rail -- do not use only a 10-micron filter before the pump, as this will restrict flow and cause premature pump failure. The pump features M10x1.0 female threaded inlet and outlet fittings and is rated for gasoline fuel only -- warranty is void if used with E85, ethanol blends, or diesel fuel. QS9000 certified with 96-hour salt spray corrosion resistance per ASTM B117, 9G vibration tolerance, 25G shock tolerance, and 5-minute safe dry operation capability. An install kit (Walbro 400-939) with wiring harness and fittings is available separately. Made in the USA by Walbro/TI Automotive. 60-day limited warranty to the original purchaser.
