Product Description

The Wagner Tuning 200001175 EVO1 is a complete intake manifold replacement with an integrated water-to-air intercooler for all BMW B58.2 (Gen 2) platform vehicles and the Toyota GR Supra MK5. The B58.2 engine uses an indirect charge-air cooling circuit in which the intercooler sits inside the intake manifold -- Wagner replaces this entire assembly with a unit built around a performance core that delivers 128% more external core volume and 75% more total volume than the OEM unit, resulting in up to 20°C cooler intake air temperatures and 35% less backpressure under boost.

The end tanks are CNC-milled from solid aluminum and shaped using CFD simulation for uniform airflow distribution across the core. Pre-machined provisions include three 1/8 NPT sensor ports for wideband, boost, or temperature measurement, plus six 1/16 NPT ports for NOS or water-methanol injection nozzles -- making this manifold suitable for builds at any power level from a light street tune to a full race build.
