Product Description

The Volant 15954-1 is a MaxFlow 5 closed box cold air intake for the 2019-2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 with the 6.2L V8, as well as the 2021-2025 GM full-size SUVs (Tahoe, Suburban, Yukon, Yukon XL, Escalade, Escalade ESV) equipped with the 6.2L V8. The closed Cool Air box draws fresh ambient air from the fender well rather than the hot engine bay, feeding the 6.2L V8 a denser, cooler charge through a high-velocity venturi filter adapter that creates a smooth, uninterrupted airflow path through the MAF sensor and into the intake tube. The smoked acrylic see-through lid allows filter inspection without removing the lid.

The 15954-1 suffix designates the oiled MaxFlow 5 cotton gauze filter -- a 5-layer construction that is cleanable and reusable.
