The Vibrant Performance 12862 is a vertical flow air-to-air intercooler core built for high-output forced induction builds rated up to 1,200 HP. Its heavy-duty bar and plate construction - featuring a louvered fin design on the ambient air path and an offset fin design on the charge air path - delivers significantly cooler, denser intake air compared to traditional tube-and-fin intercoolers, reducing detonation risk and maximizing turbo or supercharger efficiency.

At 18" wide x 12" high x 6" thick, the 12862 core arrives cleaned and weld-ready for custom end tank fabrication or pairing with Vibrant's TIG-welded cast aluminum end tank assemblies (sold separately).
