The Vibrant Performance 10960 "The Classic" is a compact shorty conical air filter engineered for custom intake and forced induction builds where space is limited. Its 4-ply pleated cotton-gauze element flows significantly more air than a restrictive stock filter while trapping harmful airborne particulate before it reaches the engine. The 6 in. inlet ID pairs directly with Vibrant's aluminum bellmouth velocity stacks (part numbers 10950, 10951, and 10952), making it a natural companion piece for ITB and turbo inlet applications.

The shortened profile - just 3-5/8 in. filter height with a 5.375 in. overall height - is purpose-built for tight engine bays and turbo inlets where a full-size filter won't physically fit. The pre-oiled cotton-gauze element is washable and reusable, and the inverted cone end cap channels airflow efficiently into the intake.
