The Vibrant 1460A is a precision laser-cut T304 stainless steel exhaust manifold flange designed for Nissan KA24 four-cylinder engines across a wide range of platforms including the 240SX, Altima, Frontier, Xterra, D21, Stanza, Axxess, and Pickup. At 3/8 in. thick, the flange provides the rigidity needed to maintain a flat, warp-resistant seal against the cylinder head through repeated heat cycling - critical for both naturally aspirated header builds and high-heat turbo manifold applications that are popular on the KA24-powered 240SX platform.

Port sizing is matched to the KA24 cylinder head outlet geometry and optimized for standard wall round tubing, making it the correct starting point for custom header and turbo manifold fabrication.
