Product Description

The Vibrant 1460D is a precision laser-cut T304 stainless steel exhaust manifold flange designed for Honda D-Series four-cylinder engines across multiple Civic and Del Sol generations from 1987 through 2005. At 3/8 in. thick, the flange provides the rigidity needed to maintain a flat, warp-resistant seal against the cylinder head through repeated heat cycling on both naturally aspirated builds and turbo manifold setups. Port sizing is matched to the D-Series head outlet geometry and optimized for standard wall round tubing.

The CNC-machined mating surface and precision laser-cut bolt holes ensure accurate alignment to the cylinder head without secondary fitment work. This is one of the most widely used exhaust flanges in the Honda D-Series community, covering the full range of D15 and D16 engine variants across Civic EX, DX, LX, SE, and Del Sol platforms. Note that this flange does not fit D17 engines - a separate flange is required for D17 applications. When welding to stainless tubing, Vibrant recommends 309L filler rod. Sold individually.
