Fitment Notes

• Fits T4/T04 divided turbine inlet turbos only. Not compatible with undivided (single-scroll) T4 inlet configurations - see part number 1441 for the undivided variant.
• Compatible with Garrett GT3788, GT4088R, GTX4088R, GT4094R, GT4202R, GT4294R, GT4508R, and GTX4508R (does not fit GT4088R model 703457-2).
• Compatible with BorgWarner EFR 7064/7670 D/C/G type turbos.
• Bolt hole thread size: M10 x 1.5. Verify thread spec matches your turbocharger housing.
• Matching stainless steel gasket available separately under part number 1442G.

Product Description

The Vibrant 1442 is a T304 stainless steel turbo inlet flange designed for T4 and T04 frame turbochargers using a divided (twin-scroll) turbine inlet. The divided design maintains separation of exhaust pulses from each cylinder bank, preserving the spool efficiency advantages of twin-scroll turbine housings. At 1/2 in. thick, the flange resists the warping that thinner flanges develop under repeated heat cycling at the manifold-to-turbo junction - a critical sealing surface on high-output builds.

The standard 3.25 in. x 2.75 in. four-bolt pattern with M10 x 1.5 threaded holes provides solid, repeatable clamping force against the turbocharger housing and is compatible with a wide range of divided T4 turbos from Garrett and BorgWarner EFR. This flange pairs with the Vibrant 1442G stainless gasket (sold separately) for a complete sealing solution. Builders requiring an undivided T4 inlet should select part number 1441; the mild steel divided variant is available as part number 14420.
