Product Description

The Vibrant 14220S is a pair of precision laser-cut T304 stainless steel exhaust manifold flanges designed for Subaru EJ and FA series horizontally opposed four-cylinder engines. At 3/8 in. thick, the flanges provide the rigidity needed to maintain a flat, warp-resistant seal against the cylinder head through repeated heat cycling - a common failure point with thinner flanges on high-output turbocharged builds. Port sizing is matched to the EJ/FA head outlet geometry and optimized for standard wall round tubing, making them the right starting point for custom turbo manifolds and headers.

The CNC-machined mating surface and precision laser-cut bolt holes ensure accurate alignment to the cylinder head without secondary fitment work. These flanges are compatible with the full EJ family including naturally aspirated EJ25D and EJ251 variants as well as the turbocharged EJ205, EJ255, and EJ257 found in WRX, STI, Forester XT, and Legacy GT applications.
