Fitment Notes

• Designed for straight tubing sections only. This is the straight configuration - separate part numbers are available for bent or angled sections.
• Compatible pipe O.D. range: 2 in. to 3 in. Confirm your pipe O.D. before ordering.
• Length: 1 foot (12 in.). For longer coverage, multiple pieces can be installed end to end.

Product Description

The Vibrant 25312 is a SHEETHOT TF-600 pre-formed pipe shield designed for straight exhaust pipe sections in the 2 in. to 3 in. outside diameter range. Rated to withstand up to 1,112°F (600°C) of direct contact heat, the SHEETHOT TF-600 material handles the extreme thermal demands of close-clearance exhaust routing where radiated and conducted heat poses a risk to adjacent wiring, fuel lines, hoses, silicone couplers, and chassis components. The pre-formed shape clamps directly onto the pipe without requiring any cutting, fabrication, or special tools - simply position and secure with standard exhaust clamps or zip ties.

The shield is typically installed on the exhaust pipe after the catalytic converter, where exhaust temperatures remain high and routing often passes near heat-sensitive components. The 1-foot length provides coverage for a standard straight section, and multiple pieces can be installed end to end for longer coverage runs.
