Product Description

The Vibrant 14624 is a precision laser-cut HRPO mild steel exhaust manifold flange designed for Nissan KA24 four-cylinder engines across the 240SX, Altima, Frontier, Xterra, D21, Stanza, Axxess, and Pickup platforms. At 1/2 in. thick, it offers greater rigidity than the 3/8 in. stainless 1460A variant, making it a common choice for turbo manifold fabrication where the heavier flange better resists warping at the cylinder head sealing surface under sustained high-heat conditions. Port sizing is optimized for Schedule 10 or Schedule 40 pipe - the thick-wall pipe frequently specified in KA24 performance manifold builds.

The HRPO surface finish requires minimal preparation before welding and accepts MIG or TIG with standard mild steel consumables. When joining to stainless steel tubing, 309L filler rod is recommended for a corrosion-resistant weld joint.
