Product Description

The Vibrant 14634 is a precision laser-cut HRPO mild steel exhaust manifold flange designed for the Hyundai Theta 2.0L and 2.4L four-cylinder engine family, covering a wide range of engine codes from G4KA through G4KL. It is most widely used on the Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0T and Hyundai Sonata 2.0T platforms where custom turbo manifold fabrication is common. At 1/2 in. thick, it resists warping at the cylinder head sealing surface under the thermal demands of high-output forced induction applications.

Port sizing is optimized for Schedule 10 or Schedule 40 pipe - the thicker-wall pipe commonly specified in Theta platform turbo manifold and performance header builds. The HRPO surface finish requires minimal preparation before welding and accepts MIG or TIG with standard mild steel consumables. When joining to stainless steel tubing, 309L filler rod is recommended for a corrosion-resistant weld joint. Sold individually.
