Product Description

The Vibrant 14610K is a precision laser-cut HRPO mild steel exhaust manifold flange designed for Honda and Acura K-Series four-cylinder engines across the RSX, TSX, Civic Si, CR-V, and Element platforms. At 1/2 in. thick, it offers greater rigidity than the 3/8 in. stainless variant, making it a preferred choice for turbo manifold fabrication where the heavier flange better resists warping at the cylinder head sealing surface under high thermal loading. Port sizing is optimized for Schedule 10 or Schedule 40 pipe - the thicker-wall pipe commonly selected for K-Series turbo manifold and performance header builds.

The HRPO surface finish requires minimal preparation before welding and accepts MIG or TIG with standard mild steel consumables. When joining to stainless tubing, 309L filler rod is recommended for a corrosion-resistant weld joint. Builders using standard wall round tubing should select the stainless steel variant (part number 1460K). Sold individually.
