The Vibrant Performance 14627 is a pair of HRPO mild steel exhaust manifold flanges precision laser cut for the Audi 2.7T Biturbo V6 and 3.0L V6 engines found in the B5 S4, C5 A6, allroad quattro, and select A4 models. At 1/2" thick, these flanges deliver exceptional rigidity and resistance to warping under the extreme heat and thermal cycling of high-boost twin-turbo and naturally aspirated manifold builds.

Port openings are sized for Schedule 10 or Schedule 40 exhaust pipe, and the flanges are compatible with both TIG and MIG welding. When mating to stainless steel tubing, use 309L welding rod for optimal weld integrity.
