Product Description

The Vibrant Performance 12841 is a compact vertical flow air-to-air intercooler core built for custom forced induction fabrication projects. Measuring 11.80 in. wide by 6.00 in. tall by 3.00 in. thick, this core is rated for approximately 200 HP and is ideal for smaller turbocharged builds, snowmobiles, ATVs, or any application where space is limited. The bar and plate construction - with louvered fins on the ambient air path and offset fins on the charge air path - delivers meaningfully cooler, denser intake charge air compared to traditional tube-and-fin cores.

Made from 6061 aluminum and shipped cleaned and ready to weld, the 12841 requires custom-fabricated end tanks to complete the intercooler assembly. This core-only design gives fabricators full flexibility over inlet and outlet placement, sizing, and orientation.
