Product Description

The Vibrant Performance 14325 is a T304 stainless steel exhaust manifold flange precision laser cut and CNC machined for the Volkswagen 2.5L 5-Cylinder (07K) engine found in the MK5 and MK6 Jetta, Golf, Rabbit, Beetle, and Passat. At 3/8" thick, this flange resists warping and distortion under the extreme heat and thermal cycling inherent to custom header and turbo manifold applications - delivering a flat, reliable sealing surface without any additional machining.

Port openings are optimized for standard wall round exhaust tubing, making this flange an ideal starting point for custom naturally aspirated or forced induction header fabrication on the VW 2.5L inline-five. Sold individually and compatible with both TIG and MIG welding processes, the 14325 is weld-ready straight out of the package.
