Product Description

The Vibrant Performance 10953 is a spun T6061 aluminum bellmouth velocity stack with a 4.00" inlet O.D. and a 7.00" bellmouth O.D., designed for custom turbo intake builds and race air delivery systems on both naturally aspirated and forced induction engines. The bellmouth profile gradually opens from the inlet diameter to the wide 7.00" O.D. bell, smoothing the transition of incoming air from ambient to the intake stream and significantly reducing inlet turbulence versus a straight-cut pipe. On turbocharged applications, this improved air delivery reduces the energy loss at the compressor inlet, helping to reduce turbo lag and improve boost response. The 1/8" thick T6061 aluminum construction keeps weight to just 0.38 kg while providing sufficient rigidity and heat resistance for sustained race use.

The natural aluminum finish can be left as-is, polished, or customized to suit any build aesthetic. The compatible air filter for this velocity stack is the Vibrant PN 10960 (Bellmouth Velocity Stack Performance Air Filter, 6" I.D.), which mounts directly to the 7.00" O.D. bellmouth rim for a complete intake assembly.
