Product Description

The Vibrant Performance 12550 VanJen weld ferrules are precision machined from 6061 aluminum and designed to create leak-free modular connections on 5.00" O.D. charge or exhaust piping. Rated to 800 psi and 400°F, they are a reliable and professional-grade alternative to traditional flanged or slip-fit tube connections - especially suited for turbo intake and charge piping builds where appearance and performance both matter.

Each pair includes PTFE O-rings for a gasket-free seal that maintains a clean, show-quality finish in the engine bay. The ferrules weld directly to the tubing with minimal prep required and work in conjunction with Vibrant's VanJen clamp (Part #12590, sold separately) to complete the modular connection system.
