Product Description

The Vibrant 18796 is a 90-degree mandrel bend manufactured from T304 stainless steel, featuring a 2 in. O.D. tube with a 6 in. centerline radius. The mandrel-bent construction maintains consistent tube diameter through the full 90-degree arc, preventing the wall thinning and flow restriction that occur with conventional press-bent tubing. The long 6 in. centerline radius produces a gradual, smooth curve well suited for applications where tight-radius bends would compromise exhaust flow efficiency or create fitment issues in the chassis or engine bay.

The 4 in. short leg and 12 in. long leg provide excellent layout flexibility - the long leg can be trimmed to the required length on either side of the bend. The natural stainless finish can be left as-is, polished, or coated to suit the build. Suitable for custom exhaust systems, headers, downpipes, intercooler piping, and intake fabrication.
