Product Description

The Vibrant Performance 11916 is a 10-foot roll of -6 AN stainless steel braided flex hose featuring a T300 stainless steel braid over a reinforced CPE synthetic rubber inner liner. The -6 AN size at 0.344" I.D. is the most widely used diameter in motorsport fluid plumbing, covering oil feed and return lines, primary fuel supply lines, coolant circuits, and vacuum service in a single versatile hose type. The CPE inner liner is rated to 1,000 psi continuous operating pressure with a 6,000 psi burst pressure - significantly stronger than nylon braided alternatives - while the T300 stainless outer braid provides excellent abrasion resistance and the classic appearance expected in competition and custom builds.

Rated for -40°F to 300°F, the 11916 handles the full range of typical motorsport fluid temperatures. It is E85 compatible for short-term use; however, for applications where E85 or methanol will be left stagnant for extended periods, Vibrant's PTFE Flex Hose series is the recommended alternative.
