The Vibrant 2877 is an 18 in. length of mirror-polished T6061 aluminum straight tubing in 4 in. outside diameter for custom intercooler piping, air intake fabrication, and large-bore charge air plumbing. At 4 in. O.D., this is one of the most commonly used sizes in high-output forced induction intercooler piping builds. The 1.5mm wall thickness keeps the tubing lightweight while providing sufficient rigidity for pressurized intercooler and intake applications. Each piece is dimensionally consistent and material-composition controlled, requiring minimal surface preparation before welding.
