Fitment Notes

• Inside diameter is 4.0" - confirm pipe OD at both connection points is 4.0" before ordering. This elbow does not reduce or transition between sizes; a reducer elbow must be used when connecting different diameter pipes.
• Leg length is 3.0" per side - verify this provides sufficient straight length for secure clamp seating at each connection point. T-bolt or worm drive clamps are sold separately.
• This coupler is NOT suitable for oil or fuel service - use only in air, boost, and water/coolant applications.

It is a high-pressure, high-temperature silicone coupler designed for connecting two sections of 4" OD tubing at a 90-degree angle in intercooler piping, turbocharger inlet and outlet connections, air intake assemblies, throttle body connections, and coolant system plumbing. The 4-ply construction - with Aramid fiber reinforcement woven between each silicone layer - provides a level of pressure and temperature resistance that standard 3-ply or unreinforced silicone elbows cannot match, allowing the 2746 to operate reliably across a -65°F to 350°F temperature range with a 40 PSI burst strength rating.
