Product Description

The Vibrant 2743 is a 4-ply aramid reinforced silicone 90-degree elbow with a 2.75 in. inside diameter, 2.75 in. centerline radius, and 4.00 in. leg lengths on each side. The hand-wrapped aramid reinforcement between each ply of silicone provides the structural integrity needed to withstand sustained high-boost and high-temperature conditions without swelling or bursting - rated to 43 psi maximum operating pressure at this diameter. The 90-degree configuration delivers a clean right-angle direction change for turbo compressor outlet connections, intercooler end tank piping, and air intake systems where a precise 90-degree turn at 2.75 in. is required.

The 4.00 in. leg lengths on both ends provide ample overlap for secure T-bolt or worm gear clamp installation and accommodate minor angular misalignment between joined tubing sections. All Vibrant Performance aramid reinforced silicone couplers meet or exceed SAE J20 specifications and are UV and ozone resistant. Operating temperature range of -65°F to 350°F suits both street and track applications. Not suitable for oil or fuel service - for air, boost, water, and coolant applications only.
