Product Description

The Vibrant Performance 11830 is a 4-ply Aramid reinforced silicone CAC hump hose coupler with a 4.00" I.D. and 8.00" overall length - the longest available in the 4.00" Aramid CAC hump coupler series. The additional length beyond the 11829 (7") and 11822 (6") variants provides the greatest range of misalignment compensation and vibration isolation, making it the best choice for installations where intercooler or CAC piping experiences significant vibration, thermal movement, or where precise pipe alignment is difficult to maintain. Three integrated stainless steel rings along the coupler body actively resist expansion under sustained boost pressure, maintaining the coupler's internal diameter and shape under load.

Rated for -75°F to 392°F, the 11830 handles both hot-side and cold-side intercooler piping, charge air, and coolant circuits. It is not suitable for oil or fuel service. Secure with T-bolt or worm-drive clamps (sold separately) over each end of the coupled tubing. Sold individually with a 1-year limited warranty.
