Product Description

The Vibrant Performance 10304 is a 4-into-1 merge collector built from 16-gauge T304 stainless steel for use in custom header fabrication and performance exhaust builds. It accepts 1.625 in. primary tubes via a slip-over inlet design, merges them through a 2.25 in. transition, and exits through a 3.0 in. outlet over an 8.25 in. overall length. The merge collector design - originally used exclusively in professional motorsport - promotes strong exhaust scavenging by aligning and combining the exhaust pulses from all four cylinders simultaneously, improving exhaust velocity and maximizing power output, particularly in naturally aspirated applications.

Every seam is back-purged TIG welded for a clean, durable, leak-free finish, and each collector is hand-ported on the inside to eliminate flow restrictions and sharp transitions. The expanded inlets are machined to fit precisely with Vibrant stainless mandrel bend tubing, making it an ideal drop-in component for professional fabricators and DIY builders.
