The Vibrant Performance 12179 is a 6063 aluminum 90° tight radius mandrel bend at 2.00" O.D., designed for custom intercooler piping, intake fabrication, and other pressurized or naturally aspirated air system builds. The 1.500" centerline radius is classified as a tight radius bend, producing an exceptionally compact directional change that makes it well suited to routing in tight engine bays where standard radius bends would not fit. True mandrel bending maintains the 2.00" internal diameter throughout the full sweep - preserving airflow velocity and eliminating the restriction associated with crush-bent tubing.
