Product Description

The Vibrant 19790 is a 4-ply aramid reinforced silicone 90-degree reducer elbow that simultaneously routes piping at a 90-degree angle and reduces the diameter from 3.00 in. to 2.00 in. I.D. The combined bend-and-reduce design eliminates the need for a separate reducer and elbow in the same plumbing run - reducing component count, weight, and potential leak points. With a burst pressure rating in excess of 100 psi, this connector is built for the demands of high-boost intercooler piping, turbo inlet and outlet connections, and performance air intake systems.

The hand-wrapped aramid reinforcement layers between each ply of silicone provide structural integrity under sustained high-pressure and high-temperature conditions without swelling or bursting. The 4.00 in. leg lengths on both ends provide ample overlap for secure T-bolt clamp installation. All Vibrant Performance aramid reinforced silicone couplers meet or exceed SAE J20 specifications and are UV and ozone resistant.
