The Vibrant 2868 is a mirror-polished T6061 aluminum 180-degree U-bend in 2.75 in. O.D. for custom intercooler piping, air intake fabrication, and charge air plumbing. The mandrel-bent construction maintains consistent tube diameter through the full 180-degree arc - preventing the wall thinning and flow restriction that occur with conventional press-bent tubing. The 4.25 in. centerline radius produces a smooth, gradual U-turn arc suited for compact intercooler piping and intake routing where a tight direction reversal is needed.

The mirror-polished finish delivers a premium show-quality appearance well suited for visible intercooler and intake builds. T6061 aluminum accepts standard MIG or TIG welding with 4043 or 5356 filler wire for straightforward integration into custom fabricated systems. The 3.50 in. leg lengths on each side provide material for clean butt-welds and allow fabricators to trim to the required length as needed.
