The Vibrant 2609 U-J Mandrel Bend gives fabricators a versatile building block for custom exhaust, header, downpipe, and intercooler piping projects. Combining a 180-degree bend, a 45-degree bend, and a substantial straight leg into one integral piece, this tube offers up to three separate fabrication solutions without needing multiple individual bends.

Built from 16-gauge T304 stainless steel and mandrel-bent for consistent wall thickness and smooth internal flow, this tubing stands up to high heat, acidic exhaust gases, and long-term corrosion exposure. Precision mandrel bending avoids the flow-restricting wrinkles and thin spots common with crush-bent tubing.

As a fabrication component rather than a complete emissions-affecting system, this part is legal for use on emissions-controlled vehicles, non-emissions-controlled vehicles, and racing-use-only applications. Sold individually -- order multiples as needed for larger custom builds.
