Product Description

The Vibrant 69725 is a Motorsport Bellow in 2.50 in. inside diameter and 4.00 in. overall length, manufactured entirely from 321 stainless steel - including the bellows body, telescoping solid inner liner, and weld necks. The use of 321 SS over standard 304 SS delivers measurably better thermal performance and cycle life under the extreme temperatures and vibration loads of race and powersports applications. The telescoping solid liner provides directional, smooth exhaust gas flow while shielding the bellows corrugations from direct contact with exhaust gases reaching up to 1,650°F (900°C).

At 4.00 in. overall length, the 69725 provides the greatest flex range among the mid-size variants in Vibrant's Motorsport Bellow series, making it well suited for 2.5 in. exhaust sections and wastegate dump tubes where a longer bellow section is needed to fully isolate vibration and accommodate thermal expansion. The electro-polished finish produces a bright, contaminant-free surface with enhanced corrosion resistance.
