The Vibrant 2626 is a 180-degree mandrel bend manufactured from T304 stainless steel in 2.25 in. outside diameter with a 3.375 in. centerline radius and 5.00 in. leg lengths from tangent. The mandrel-bent construction maintains consistent tube diameter through the full 180-degree arc - preventing the wall thinning and flow restriction that occur with conventional press-bent tubing. The 3.375 in. centerline radius produces a smooth, gradual U-turn arc suited for custom headers, exhaust routing, intercooler piping, and turbo plumbing layouts where compact 180-degree direction changes are required.

The 5.00 in. straight legs on each end provide sufficient material for clean butt-welds and allow fabricators to trim to the required leg length as needed. T304 stainless steel is dimensionally consistent and material-composition controlled across Vibrant's mandrel bend program, requiring minimal surface preparation before welding. Natural stainless finish can be polished or left raw to suit the build.
