Product Description

The Vibrant 69633 is a Motorsport Bellow in 2.00 in. nominal inside diameter (2.02 in. actual) and 3.25 in. overall length, manufactured entirely from 321 stainless steel - including the bellows body, telescoping solid inner liner, and weld necks. The use of 321 SS over standard 304 SS delivers measurably better thermal performance and cycle life under the extreme temperatures and vibration loads of race and powersports applications. The telescoping solid liner provides directional, smooth exhaust gas flow while shielding the bellows corrugations from direct contact with exhaust gases reaching up to 1,650°F (900°C).

The electro-polished finish produces a bright, contaminant-free surface with enhanced corrosion resistance. The absence of an outer braid keeps the bellow compact and lightweight for tight packaging requirements common in wastegate dump tube fabrication, turbo manifold connections, and high-performance exhaust systems where standard flex couplings would experience premature bellows fatigue or failure.
