• Non-swivel (fixed) design - the body does not rotate after assembly. Route the hose and position accordingly before final assembly.
• Not suitable for brake or hydraulic clutch line applications.
• Includes one aluminum olive that compresses to the PTFE liner for a simple, leak-free assembly.

The Vibrant 28816 is a CNC machined 6061 aluminum 180-degree non-swivel hose end fitting designed exclusively for use with -16 AN PTFE-lined braided flex hose. The 180-degree configuration routes the hose back on itself in a tight U-turn - making it ideal for congested plumbing layouts where a compact reversal of hose direction is required without the bulk of a separate elbow fitting. The full-flow internal design minimizes flow restriction at the hose end connection, and the non-swivel body provides a fixed orientation for clean, repeatable routing in space-critical installations.

Assembly is straightforward - the included aluminum olive compresses directly to the PTFE liner using standard hand tools, eliminating the need for special crimping equipment while providing a reliable, leak-free seal. Compatible with race fuels, nitrous, oil, power steering fluid, and coolant circuits. Not suitable for brake or hydraulic clutch line applications.
