The Vibrant Performance 12180 is a 6063 aluminum 90° tight radius mandrel bend at 2.50" O.D., designed for custom intercooler piping, intake fabrication, and other pressurized or naturally aspirated air system builds. The 1.75" centerline radius produces a tight bend geometry that is significantly more compact than standard radius bends at this diameter, making it particularly useful for routing intercooler pipes around tight obstacles in crowded engine bays where a standard radius bend would not fit. True mandrel bending preserves the full 2.50" internal diameter throughout the sweep, maintaining airflow velocity and eliminating the flow restriction of crush-bent alternatives.

Constructed from 6063 aluminum with a brushed finish, the 12180 is lightweight, corrosion resistant, and requires minimal surface preparation for TIG welding - making it the preferred choice of professional fabricators building custom intake and intercooler systems.
