Product Description

The UMI Performance 2061R is a set of rear lowering springs engineered specifically for the 1993-2002 4th generation GM F-Body platform, covering all Camaro and Firebird trims including the Z28, SS, Formula, Trans Am, and WS6. Wound from 9254 chrome silicon wire and rated at a linear 200 lb/in, these springs lower the rear ride height by approximately 1.5 in., correcting the factory's rear-high stance and delivering a significantly more aggressive and balanced appearance. The increased spring rate reduces body roll and eliminates the soft, disconnected feel common to stock 4th Gen rear suspensions.

Designed in collaboration with a NASCAR Sprint Cup chassis engineer and manufactured 100% in the USA, the 2061R is built to work with popular dampers including Koni, Bilstein, and other factory-style standard-mount units - no modifications required. When paired with UMI's front lowering springs (1.25 in. front drop), the combination is specifically engineered to level the car's factory rake for a clean, proportionate stance.
