Product Description

The UMI Performance 3612-B Adjustable Extended Lower Control Arms are designed to enhance the rear suspension geometry of 1978-1996 GM B-Body vehicles, including the Chevrolet Caprice, Impala SS, Buick LeSabre, Roadmaster, and Pontiac Bonneville and Catalina. These control arms are extended 5/8" to properly center the rear wheels in the wheel well, with an additional 1/4" of on-car adjustability to fine-tune pinion angle and wheel alignment.

Constructed from durable 1.500" DOM steel tubing with a 0.120" wall thickness and fully TIG welded, these control arms are built for strength and longevity. The provisions for attaching stock or aftermarket sway bars are reinforced with 0.120" steel sleeves TIG welded in place, and a billet aluminum spacer ensures proper sway bar attachment. The control arms are compatible with UMI Performance weld-in relocation brackets (part #3610), allowing for further suspension tuning.

Installation is straightforward, typically taking 1-2 hours using OEM hardware. The control arms come fully assembled with Energy Suspension greaseable polyurethane bushings and include new 10.9 grade sway bar hardware.
