Product Description

The Turbosmart TS-0555-1014 GenV PowerGate60 is a motorsport-grade 60mm external wastegate designed for high-performance turbocharged engines. As the largest wastegate in the Turbosmart GenV lineup, the PowerGate60 provides extremely high exhaust bypass flow capacity and precise boost control for high-horsepower street and race builds. The unit comes pre-configured with a 14 PSI base spring and includes a full spring kit, allowing users to fine-tune boost pressure to match their turbo system and engine setup. 

The GenV design features CFD-optimized internal flow paths and improved thermal management to deliver stable boost control even under extreme operating conditions. Premium materials including a high-temperature 347 stainless steel body, Nitronic 60 valve guide, and 17-7 PH stainless steel springs provide excellent durability and fatigue resistance in high-heat turbo environments. Additional design elements such as optional liquid actuator cooling, multiple reference ports, and a fully rotatable actuator housing allow flexible installation on custom turbo manifolds and exhaust systems.
