Product Description

The Turbosmart TS-0555-1013 GenV PowerGate60 is a motorsport-proven 60mm external wastegate engineered for high-performance turbocharged engines. As the largest wastegate in the Turbosmart GenV lineup, the PowerGate60 delivers extremely high exhaust flow capacity and precise boost control for high-horsepower street and race builds. The unit includes a pre-installed 14 PSI base spring and a full spring kit for fine-tuning boost pressure based on the turbo system and engine setup. 

The GenV design was completely re-engineered with CFD-optimized internal flow paths and improved thermal management, resulting in industry-leading durability and boost stability. Premium materials such as a high-temperature 347 stainless steel body, Nitronic 60 valve guide, and 17-7 PH stainless steel springs allow the wastegate to operate reliably under extreme exhaust heat and boost conditions. Additional features include optional liquid actuator cooling, multiple reference ports, and a fully rotatable actuator housing for flexible installation on custom turbo manifolds.
