Product Description

The Turbosmart TS-0553-1602 is a Gen-V Hyper-Gate 45 Lite external wastegate with a compact "Lite" actuator designed for tight engine bays where space is limited. The 45mm relief diameter delivers class-leading flow performance validated by CFD analysis and bench testing. Built from a high-temperature 347 stainless steel body with a Nitronic 60 valve guide for superior fatigue resistance and thermal durability under sustained boost conditions.

Rotatable actuator housing allows 360-degree routing of reference hoses. Full spring kit included (3/5/7/14 psi) with 7 psi pre-installed. Optional liquid cooling provision and position sensor cap available separately. Direct drop-in upgrade for all Gen-IV Turbosmart wastegates. Also available as 14 psi (TS-0553-1612) and in Sleeper finish (TS-0553-1615). Race use only -- not CARB legal.
