The Turbosmart TS-0553-1202 GenV HyperGate45CG is a high-performance external wastegate engineered for compressed gas or CO2 applications. Its inverted diaphragm design ensures maximum diaphragm life under high-pressure conditions, making it ideal for drag racing and motorsport vehicles. The CFD-optimized flow path and thermal management features provide consistent performance in demanding environments.

This wastegate is equipped with a collar-locking system for secure actuator cap attachment and a rotatable actuator housing for flexible installation options. Optional liquid actuator cooling provisions are available for enhanced thermal performance. With 1/8" NPT reference ports, it offers precise boost control capabilities.

Designed for durability, the HyperGate45CG utilizes Nitronic 60 valve guides and a high-temperature 347 stainless steel body. The 17-7 PH stainless steel springs offer a wide range of base spring pressures (3-26 psi), allowing for customization to suit various applications.
