The Turbosmart TS-0505-3006 is the factory-spec Gen4 diaphragm assembly replacement designed to service the Ultra-Gate38, Comp-Gate40, Hyper-Gate45, and ProGate50 collared external wastegates. Over time and under the heat cycles of high-performance use, wastegate diaphragms can degrade, causing inconsistent boost control, boost creep, or poor throttle response. This genuine Turbosmart replacement assembly allows a full diaphragm rebuild that restores the wastegate to like-new operating condition without the cost of replacing the complete unit.

The assembly uses Turbosmart's proven Silicon Nomex diaphragm material, the same specification used in their original wastegate builds. This material is engineered to maintain linear valve travel regardless of spring load or boost pressure, ensuring accurate and repeatable boost control across the full operating range. A sealing gasket is included to guarantee an airtight seal between the diaphragm housing and the wastegate body upon reassembly.
