Product Description

The Turbosmart TS-0551-1015 is a GenV WG38 UltraGate38 external wastegate finished in the blacked-out Sleeper cosmetic option, rated at 14 PSI on a 38mm valve. The GenV range is a ground-up rework of Turbosmart's classic external wastegate design, retaining only the Gen4 mounting orientation while adding a unique collar-locking system, a variable actuator cap and base for 360-degree reference hose routing, and an optional liquid-cooling provision through 1/8-inch NPT ports.

CFD-optimized and validated for maximum flow and thermal management, the GenV UltraGate38 delivers class-leading extended thermal performance and fatigue resistance for sustained high-boost use. It ships with the full range of available pressure springs, so boost pressure can be dialed in beyond the 14 PSI spring installed as supplied.

As a universal external wastegate, this is a direct fit for existing Gen4 Turbosmart wastegate installations and a common choice for custom turbo system builds -- it is not tied to a specific factory vehicle application.
