The Turbosmart TS-0551-1012 Gen V WG38 Ultra-Gate 38 represents the pinnacle of external wastegate technology, delivering the highest flow rates available in any 38mm wastegate on the market. This fifth-generation design was completely re-engineered using CFD optimization and bench validation to achieve 116 CFM maximum flow while maintaining precise boost control. The 2-bolt flange with 71mm spacing provides direct compatibility with Delta Gate style manifolds and serves as a direct upgrade from Gen4 Turbosmart wastegates.

Constructed from high-temperature 347 stainless steel with Nitronic 60 valve guide and proprietary-plated EV8 valve, the Ultra-Gate 38 delivers class-leading thermal performance for continuous 1250°C EGT operation. The 6061 T6 aluminum actuator housing features Turbosmart's collar-locking system for tool-free spring changes and 360-degree adjustable positioning. Complete spring kit allows 3-26 psi base pressure adjustment. Optional liquid cooling ports enable extreme-duty applications. Backed by Turbosmart's 1-year limited warranty.
