Vehicle Fitment

• Universal - Not vehicle specific. Suitable for custom turbo applications requiring a water and oil cooled turbocharger with a 62mm compressor inducer, V-Band turbine inlet, and external wastegate provision.

Fitment Notes

• Universal fitment - requires a V-Band (2.25") turbine inlet manifold or adapter, a V-Band (3.00") downpipe or collector, and an external wastegate plumbed to the exhaust manifold upstream of the turbine inlet.
• Water cooling lines are required in addition to oil feed and drain lines. Water feed and return fittings are included - requires connection to the engine's coolant system for proper operation.
• Compressor inlet accepts a 4" / 101.6mm intake pipe or silicone coupler.
• Rated for 760-880HP. Best suited to high-performance builds where engine coolant temperatures and bearing life are a priority, particularly in high heat soak or sustained high-output applications where the additional water cooling of the TS-2 center section provides measurable benefit over the oil-only TS-1.

Product Description

The Turbosmart TS-2-6262B-VB082E is the water and oil cooled variant of the 6262 V-Band 0.82AR externally wastegated turbocharger - delivering the same 760-880HP capability and transient response characteristics of the TS-1 platform with the addition of coolant-fed center section cooling. The water cooling circuit through the center housing significantly reduces bearing temperatures under sustained high-load operation, improving heat soak resistance during hot restarts and extending turbocharger service life in applications where thermal management is a priority. Both oil and water lines must be connected for proper operation - water feed and return fittings are included.

Built on the same platform as the TS-1 series, the TS-2-6262B-VB082E features the proprietary dual ceramic bearing system, VSR speed balanced rotating assembly, 7+7 2618 aluminium splitter compressor wheel, and 713C Inconel turbine wheel - all housed in a lightweight 310S stainless steel investment cast turbine housing CFD-optimized for the 0.82 A/R and 62mm exducer pairing. The V-Band turbine inlet (2.25") and outlet (3.00") allow flexible installation orientation without fixed flange alignment constraints. Every unit ships complete with weld flanges, V-Band clamps, oil and water fittings, and gaskets - everything required for installation.
