Product Description

The Turbosmart Kompact EM Plumb Back is a true plug-and-play upgrade for the factory diverter valves on Toyota's i-Force Max twin-turbo V6, built for the 2022+ Tundra and 2023+ Sequoia. Factory diverter valves are built to a price point rather than for performance, and over time or under sustained boost they're prone to leaking and inconsistent response. This kit unplugs and unbolts in place of both OE valves with no adaptors, extra hoses, or fabrication required.

The valve runs on Turbosmart's Boost-Balance design, which actuates via pressure differential rather than relying on boost pressure alone to hold the valve shut. That means a lighter internal spring can be used for a faster-opening, more responsive valve, while both sides of the piston still see equal boost under load -- so the valve won't crack open under boost unless it's actually supposed to, regardless of how much boost the engine is running. A Viton O-ring on the piston face provides a positive seal at the valve body, improving boost retention and response over the factory plastic valve.

This is the Plumb Back configuration, which routes bypassed air back into the intake tract rather than venting to atmosphere, keeping factory-style operation and preserving mass airflow calibration on these electronically controlled engines. It ships as a set of two, one per turbo, with the mounting hardware needed for installation. It's built for Tundra and Sequoia i-Force Max owners who want a more durable, better-sealing valve than the factory unit without changing how the boost system sounds or behaves.
