Vehicle Fitment

• Universal - Compatible with all turbocharged vehicles running a V-Band flanged exhaust manifold with external wastegate provision and -4AN oil feed / -10AN oil drain fittings

Fitment Notes

• Requires a V-Band turbine inlet exhaust manifold (2.25" V-Band inlet) or a V-Band turbo manifold adapter for installation.
• Turbine outlet is 3.00" V-Band - a matching V-Band downpipe or collector is required.
• Externally wastegated design requires a separate external wastegate (not included) plumbed to the exhaust manifold prior to the turbine inlet.
• Oil cooled only - does not include water cooling provisions. For oil and water cooled, refer to the TS-2 version (TS-2-6466B-VB082E).
• Custom oil feed and drain lines are required - oil feed and drain fittings are included in the box.
• This is a race/performance turbocharger intended for custom turbo system builds. Not a direct OEM replacement.
• For reversed-rotation twin-turbo mirror applications, refer to TS-1-6466B-VR082E.

Product Description

The Turbosmart TS-1-6466B-VB082E is an oil-cooled, externally wastegated performance turbocharger rated for 825-955 HP, built around a 64mm compressor inducer and 66mm turbine exducer with a V-Band turbine inlet and 0.82 A/R turbine housing. The 64/66 compressor-to-turbine wheel sizing steps up from the 6262 platform for increased top-end airflow and higher peak power potential, while the 0.82 A/R turbine housing balances flow capacity with reasonable spool response for high-horsepower street and track applications. The full V-Band inlet and outlet configuration simplifies manifold integration and allows flexible orientation without fixed flange alignment constraints.

The TS-1 series is built around Turbosmart's proprietary dual ceramic bearing system with ultra-low rotating mass, delivering sharp transient response and strong spool-up characteristics for a turbocharger in this power class. The 713C Inconel turbine wheel handles extreme exhaust gas temperatures without fatigue, while the 310S stainless steel investment cast turbine housing keeps weight low and thermal resistance high. VSR speed balancing and an integrated iron backplate on the center housing complete the precision engineering specification. For builds requiring water cooling in addition to oil cooling, the TS-2 water-cooled variant is available as TS-2-6466B-VB082E.
